3. Project enquiries and quotations

An enquiry does not create a supply agreement. Availability, pricing, delivery, certification scope, warranty and performance commitments become binding only when included in an authorized written quotation or contract. Drawings and schedules submitted for discussion remain the responsibility of their owner. Do not submit confidential material unless an appropriate confidentiality arrangement is already in place.
