CONTACT iGUZZINI
Tell us where the project stands, which criteria are fixed, and what remains unresolved. Our team can route a product, photometric or controls conversation accordingly.

PROJECT DESK
STRUCTURE THE ENQUIRY
Include application, project location, design stage and mounting constraints. If available, attach the target illuminance, CCT, CRI, beam or UGR requirement in your written message. For controls, note DALI-2, 0-10V or other interfaces already specified.
We distinguish early design support from a formal quotation. Product availability, certification scope and delivery timing require confirmation for the relevant configuration and market. A project desk response can identify the information still needed before those commitments are made.
For a retrofit, describe the existing ceiling condition, circuit arrangement, access restrictions and whether legacy controls must remain. For a new build, identify the design team, electrical package boundaries and expected mock-up or sample-review stage. These details help us separate optical selection from integration questions.
Photometric files support calculation, but a file alone does not confirm suitability. Room geometry, reflectance, aiming, maintenance assumptions and working-plane definition affect modeled results. Where visual comfort is critical, note viewing directions and occupant positions rather than relying on one UGR value without context.
Control enquiries are most effective when responsibilities are visible. State who provides sensors, gateways and application controllers, who commissions addresses and scenes, and who will operate the system after handover. If those roles remain undecided, flag them explicitly so the first discussion can resolve ownership instead of presuming it.
